Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 2026

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file stored in your browser when you visit a website. It remembers information between pages or visits: for example, the language you chose or whether you already accepted this notice. We also use equivalent browser local-storage technologies, governed by this same policy.

2. Cookies we use

Technical or necessary Always active

Essential for the site to work. They do not require your consent and are not used to profile you.

  • citapre_cookies_ok — stores whether you accepted or rejected cookies, so we don’t ask again. Duration: until you clear your browser data.
  • citapre_lang — remembers the language you chose.
Analytics Only if you accept

They tell us, in aggregate, which pages are visited most and from which provinces, so we can improve the content. They are only set if you press \u00abAccept\u00bb on the notice.

  • _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics 4, loaded via Google Tag Manager) — they measure visits and navigation with the IP anonymised. Duration: up to 24 months.
Advertising

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we ever did, we would update this page and ask you first.

3. How to accept, reject or change your choice

The first time you visit you’ll see a notice with two options: Accept (analytics are also enabled) or Reject (only technical cookies are used). You can change your mind at any time.

To see the notice again, clear this site’s data in your browser settings; your next visit will ask again. You can also block or delete cookies from the privacy settings in Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge.

4. What happens if you reject them

The site keeps working normally: you can browse, check provinces and send your appointment request. We simply stop receiving usage statistics.

5. Third parties

Analytics cookies are managed by Google Ireland Ltd. as provider. When you click our WhatsApp or Google Maps links, those services may set their own cookies under their own policies, over which we have no control.

6. More information

To find out how we handle your personal data, see our Privacy Policy. If you have questions, write to us at info@citapre.com.
