Appointments are requested through the corresponding official channels. Citapre.com provides private assistance and management services only. Citapre.com's fees correspond exclusively to our private service and are not official taxes or payments to the Government of Spain.
Citapre is a private, independent service for appointment management: we search for and book available appointments in the official immigration and National Police system on your behalf.
We are not responsible for appointments lost due to incorrect details, incomplete documents or non-attendance.
The times we state are estimates based on each province’s historical availability, not commitments. Appointment supply depends solely on the administration and may change or stop without notice.
If we don’t get your appointment, you don’t pay. The full refund conditions are in the Refund Policy.
Our liability is limited, at most, to the amount paid for the service contracted. We are not liable for outages of the official system, regulatory changes, office closures or the administration’s decisions on your case.
The content, text and design of this website belong to Citapre. Automated use, bulk copying or reproduction without authorisation is not permitted, nor is using the service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
We may update these terms. The version applicable to your request is the one published at the time you contract it.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts with jurisdiction under consumer protection rules.
