2. What data we process

When you request an appointment we collect only what is needed to manage it:

  • First name and surname as they appear on your documents.
  • NIE, TIE or passport number.
  • Year of birth and nationality.
  • Contact phone number and email address.
  • Province, office and requested procedure, plus any comments you write to us.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • To manage your appointment and enter your details into the government’s official system. Legal basis: performance of the service you request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • To communicate with you by WhatsApp, phone or email about your request. Legal basis: the same contractual relationship.
  • To comply with legal obligations on invoicing and taxation. Legal basis: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
  • Web analytics, only if you accept cookies. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocable at any time.

We do not use your data for advertising or for automated decisions with legal effects.

4. Who it is shared with

We do not sell or transfer your data. It is disclosed solely to the competent public administration (National Police or Immigration Office) to the extent strictly necessary to book your appointment, and to the providers of our technical services (web hosting, messaging), who act as processors under contract.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data while we manage your request and afterwards for the period needed to handle possible claims and comply with applicable tax and accounting obligations. After that period it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given. Just write to us at info@citapre.com stating your request.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

8. Minors

Procedures for minors must always be requested by their parent or legal guardian, who provides the data and takes responsibility for the request.
